The production of digestive juices

The glands of the digestive system are of paramount importance in the digestion process, because both produce juices that break down supplements food and hormones that control the process.
The first act weight loss that are the salivary glands of the mouth. Saliva contains two enzymes that produce: The ptialina or salivary amylase which starts to digest the starch herbal from food and natural turns it into the smallest molecules and lysozyme, which acts by killing many bacteria (especially to type bacteria GRAM) for analysis.
The next set of digestive glands is in the membrane carpet the stomach, and produce gastric juice, which contains water, hydrochloric acid (which changes the pH of the enzyme and active) and three enzymes: pepsin (which in the presence acid protein fragments), or renin rennet (which coagulates milk casein) and gastric lipase (which disrupts the fats into fatty acids physicians and glycerol).
After the stomach for food and pouring juice into the small intestine, the juices of two other bodies are mixed with them to continue the process. One of these organs is the pancreas, secreting pancreatic juice rich in enzymes that break down carbohydrates, fats and protein foods. Other enzymes involved in the community process come from glands in the intestinal wall or part of it.
The liver produces bile, another digestive juice, which is stored in the gallbladder. When we eat, bile is discharged by the bile ducts into the intestine vitamins and mixed with the fats in foods. The bile acids dissolve fat in water content of the gut, such as detergents dissolve grease from a frying pan. After the fat is dissolved, the enzymes of pancreas and intestinal mucosa of the digests.
