The “Beveridge Report” In 1940, Ernest Bevin, Minister of Labor, you are asked a series of recommendations on social security, which until then had been developed without coherence or rigor required. For the same reason, the government chooses the following year to William Beveridge to prepare a report as to propose a reconstruction model for the postwar period. The report, entitled Report to the Parliament on Social Insurance and Allied Services, or “Report to Parliament on social security and benefits that flow from it,” became public in November 1942. This report recommends that every citizen of working age should pay a weekly series of social charges, with the objective to establish a range of benefits for sickness, unemployment, retirement and others. Beveridge believes that this system will ensure a minimum standard of living below which nobody should fall.To convince skeptical conservatives, Beveridge explained that the assumption by the state of medical expenses and pensions to the domestic industry will benefit from increased productivity, and consequently competitiveness. In 1944, he published a second work that is sometimes known by the name of “Second Beveridge” (Full Employment in a Free Society, “Work for all in a free society”) which states that the implementation of a effective social protection system requires a situation of full employment. At this point his progressive ideas converge with those of another British economist, John Maynard Keynes. After the war, Clement Attlee’s Labor Party wins the election the outgoing prime minister, Conservative Winston Churchill. The new Prime Minister then announced the launching of the welfare state, as had been defined in the first Beveridge report of 1942. In 1944, Beveridge was elected to the House of Commons representing the Liberal Party. In 1946, he became Baron Tugall, and will lead the Liberal group in the House of Lords. He died on 16 March 1963.

Oraganizacion Defining social group composed of persons, and management tasks that form a systematic structure of interactive relations, tending to produce goods and / or services to meet the needs of a community within an environment so we can meet your distinctive purpose their mission. Organization: A system of consciously coordinated activities comprising two or more people, and cooperation between them is essential to the existence of the organization. An organization only exists when people can communicate and are willing to work together to achieve a common goal. It is a set of liabilities with rules and standards of behavior that have to respect all members, and generate the means by which the action of a company. The organization is the act to provide for and coordinate available resources (material, human and financial). It works by rules and databases that have been arranged for these purposes.Examples: Phone by alphabetical order, which is a database. Library topographically classified according to the CDU, which is a database, vehicle traffic and others as an Ordinance, which would be a standard and a production process according to a flow chart, which is a standard. There are several schools of philosophy who have studied the organization as a social system and a structure of action, such as the structuralism and empiricism. To develop a theory of the organization must first establish their laws, or at least theoretical principles in order to continue developing a theory about them. One way would be to classify and display different forms of organizations which have been most studied, such as administration or bureaucracy as elements of the organization and that also have been already well treated, such as formal and informal leadership. As a methodology, this is called Operations Research and the Social Sciences field is the field of study of sociology of the organization. A new use is emerging in organizations: Knowledge Management. In human ecology, community structure is an organization of functions. Hawley developed an outline of the structure of social systems based on five axioms: 1. Interdependence is necessary. 2. Each of the units in the population must have access to the medium. 3. Each unit tends to preserve and expand their life to the fullest. 4. The constraints on the adaptive capacity of a population are indeterminate unit 5. Each unit is subject to the time aspect. Typically, the organization is everywhere, which makes their definition or separate without getting involved in a particular application.

is of fundamental importance that consumed doses of creatine are correct because the effects of creatine are directly dependent increase in total intramuscular creatine therefore must seek strategies to expand muscle creatine deposits as quickly as possible . There is no question of consuming excessive amounts because the body can not use them and excreted in the urine, and is also harmful doses. Excess creatine is not absorbed by the body and renal function unnecessarily. The traditional way of administration of creatine supplementation involves two phases: an initial ‘load’ (which can be about five or six days) followed by a phase of ‘maintenance’ (no more than two months), followed by a phase ‘rest’ similar to maintenance.Have been used dose metric based on body mass, in which mention 0.25 g / kg / day (ie one quarter of a gram per kilogram of body weight daily dose) are amounts that are greater creatine uptake efficiency during the charging phase, while in the maintenance phase would apply a single dose is a quarter of that employed in the loading phase.

Flag Spanish overseas empire. The failure of the French colony became known throughout the world. One year after the incident, the Spanish entered Texas, eager to keep the French in Louisiana, far from the wealth of New Spain. Texas became an important buffer zone but sparsely populated between the claims of the powers of France and Spain. The Spanish Texas lasted from 1690 to 1821 when Texas was governed as a Spanish colony separate from New Spain, known as the “Kingdom of Texas.” This period begins with the expion of the governor of Coahuila to destroy the ruins of the French colony of Fort Saint Louis and establish a Spanish presence in the area, and ends with the independence of Mexico in 1821, creating the Texas Mexican.During this period, Texas was part of four provinces in the Viceroyalty of New Spain (Colonial Mexico): the El Paso area was under the jurisdiction of New Mexico, the missions founded near La Junta de los Rios under Nueva Vizcaya , the coastal region from the Nueces River to the Rio Grande and thence upstream to Laredo under the jurisdiction of Nuevo Santander after 1749, and Texas was initially under joint jurisdiction with the province of Coahuila. Little more than three centuries elapsed between the time when the Texas coast was first seen by a Spanish in 1519 and 21 July 1821, when the flag of Castile and Leon was raised recently in San Antonio. Those 300 years can be divided into three stages: the initial era of exploration, which had a preliminary assessment of the land and its resources, the period of cultural absorption, in which the Indians of Texas began acquiring cultural elements Spain, at first indirectly and then directly intermediaries Indians of the Spanish itself, and the time of occupation defensive, in which the Spanish presence in Texas was more dictated by international considerations that caused by the momentum of an empire expansion. For most of the period of Spanish Texas, the area became a geopolitical importance vastly disproportionate to their demographic or economic place in the Spanish Empire. During the early period of Spanish expansion in Texas, the Empire began to establish a series of missions to establish a toehold in this land border.Because the Texans environments were relatively unknown or not studied beyond the reports made during the earlier conqueror, the Spanish expansion served both in delineating the extent of his power to colonize the area. A mission-presidio system was established in the existing areas of San Antonio Bay, Los Adaes, El Paso, Loredao, Nagodoches and San Luis de las Amarillas. The initial expansion in the early eighteenth century met with immediate setback when, during the War of the Quadruple Alliance in Europe hostilities spread to the New World and French troops from Natchitoches (Louisiana) briefly captured the capital of Texas, The Adaes, in what is now northwestern Louisiana. After these drawbacks, the Presidio was San Luis de las Amarillas, though strengthened and maintained for several years, had to be abandoned in 1770 due to Indian depredations and economic viability. Thus, Spanish efforts to expand in Texas during the years 1731 to 1762 failed, except at La Bahia, San Antonio de Bexar, and along the Rio Grande. Missions and prisons, nevertheless, had clearly failed north of San Antonio. The Spanish Texas was established on three primary centers. The oldest and largest of the colonial communities in Texas was San Antonio de Bexar. In his eighty-year history of the settlement had evolved a complex mission-presidio the first municipality mapping and finally to the provincial capital. Its population of about 2,000 people was mostly Mexican settlers of Coahuila, Nuevo Leon and other border provinces mixed with a small number of people from the Canary Islands. After the United States acquired Louisiana, a strengthening of the Spanish military presence in Texas resulted in the transfer of the Second Company of San Carlos de Parras (the company of the Alamo de Parras) to San Antonio, which was established in 1803 in the mission San Antonio de Valero, which had previously been closed. Other units from Nuevo Santander and Nuevo Leon population increased to more than 3,000 inhabitants by 1810. The secondary center of Spanish colonial power, La Bahia (now Goliad), was the second oldest settlement in the province.
